Trust us, this is not a BnB, not a hotel and not a gay resort.

It is our home by the sea in Eastern Istria, and staying with us should feel more like arriving to see old gay mates than checking into accommodation.

We are two blokes in our 40s who genuinely enjoy having people stay. No performance. No pressure. No party scene. This is not a sex party. It is about real connection, easy conversation, shared meals, swims, laughs, exploring and those random little moments you actually remember afterwards.

You are not just booking a room. For a few days, you become part of our everyday life.

THE SPACE

You get our private bedroom with a king size bed. We sleep in the living room while you stay.

We are in a small coastal village in Eastern Istria, close to Labin.
