We’re a small, home-based setup and only take a limited number of bookings, so cancellations do have a real impact on us.
For direct bookings, payments are generally non-refundable. However, if your plans change, we’re happy to offer a credit for a future stay wherever possible.
We always aim to be fair and flexible, so if something comes up just reach out and we’ll do our best to work something out together.
